Brief History
1946 * Started the business,salesing the tools and steel scraps in Kariya City
1952 * Began the operation,removing the defects on the surface of the steel ingot in the Yokosuka Plant in Tokai City
1961 * Established AIHO SHOJI CO.,LTD.
1963 * Opened the Ueno Plant,removing the defects on the surface of the steel ingots in Aichi Steel Chita Plant
1970 * Began the operations,turning of specialty steel round bars with the larger section in the Yokosuka Plant
1980 * Removed the machining shop of hot forging dies from the Higashiura Plant to the Yokosuka Plant
1984 * Began the operation,turning of specialty steel round bars with the smaller section in the Yokosuka Plant
1987 * Opened the Nawa Plant in Tokai City and reinfoced the turning machines in this Plant
1988 * Began the business,designing and manufacturing of machines in the Higashiura Plant
1989 * Established AIHO GIKEN KOGYO CO.,LTD. and integrated the turning shop and the diesinking shop in this company
1992 * Rationalized the turning machines in the Yokosuka Plant and Nawa Plant
1993 * Installed the new line for the rectification of the specialty steel ingots in the Ueno Plant
1996 * Installed newly the high speed machining center(Horizontal type M/C No1)
* Instelled newly the stretching machine for straightening of steel flat bars
1997 * Added the high speed machining center(Horizontal type M/C No2)
* Added the turning machine for quite small section round bars
* Installed newly the leveling machine for straightening of steel flat bars
* Opened the Daikoji Plant and reinfoced the turning machines for larger section round bars
1998 * Installed newly the planomiller(No1)and belt type polishing machine
1999 * Developed the high grade designed stainless steel flat bars(Mecha-Surf) and released this products
* Added the high speed machining center(Vertical type M/C No1)
2000 * Added the two planomillers(No2,3)
* Installed newly the press for straightening round and flat bars
